Costs

Initial design and development fees are $65 per hour. An assessment of time to produce the site is based on the client specifications for design features and content. Once the design considerations are assessed, the New Media Group offers its clients a range of production hours and costs associated with the site design. All charges are guaranteed to comply with this assessment unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. This offers the customer the advantage of knowing the costs for their site before the project begins, rather than accumulating an hourly bill as the project progresses. Design contracts over $500 are billed on a one-third basis of the lowest cost range described; the first third due upon contract signing, the second third billed at an agreed upon mid-point in design completion, and the final third billed when the site is launched. The Keene Sentinel offers business accounts to customers in good standing.

Web master services are offered at a rate of $50 per hour for content and text updates, $65 per hour for graphical or animation enhancements, and $125 per hour for programming and database design.

The Sentinel offers the marketing benefit of being listed as a "featured site" in our "Web.Stop" online site directory and a listing in our web site directory appearing in print in The Keene Sentinel every Saturday. Both listings are offered free of charge (customary charge $25 per month)
